HOW WE MAKE MONEY

At Match My Venue, our service is completely free for clients. We don’t charge event organisers for venue searches, consultations, or bookings. Instead, we earn a commission from venues and suppliers once an event is successfully booked and completed. This ensures that our clients receive an unbiased and tailored service without any hidden costs or obligations.

OUR PRICE GUARANTEE

We are committed to transparency and value. The price you pay when booking a venue through us is the same as if you booked directly with the venue. There are no mark-ups, added fees, or hidden charges. In fact, by leveraging our industry relationships and negotiation skills, we often secure additional perks or savings for our clients.

Our goal is to make venue finding seamless and tailored to your needs. From our initial in-depth consultation to post-event follow-ups, we handle the details so you can focus on your event. INITIAL CONSULTATION

Once you reach out, we’ll arrange a call to discuss your event in depth. We’ll dive into the purpose of your event, your company’s vision, and your goals. From location and requirements to budget and unique requests, we’ll gather all the details we need to create a venue match tailored just for you. As a full-service agency, we’re also here to assist with any additional event needs beyond the venue itself.

VENUE SEARCH & SELECTION

Leveraging our extensive database and advanced software, we’ll hand-pick five venues that meet your brief, plus one unique “wild card” that we think you’ll love. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive this initial selection, complete with our insights on each option and why they stand out. Rather than holding spaces prematurely, we’ll work closely with you, reserving only the venues that genuinely pique your interest.

TRANSPARENT PARTNERSHIP

We value open communication—if our initial selection needs refining, we’ll adjust based on your feedback, ensuring a collaborative process. When it’s time to finalise, you’ll sign contracts directly with the venue. We’ll review contracts to ensure all details match your proposal and highlight any points that may need attention. (Of course, we still recommend legal advice before signing.)

SITE VISITS & COORDINATION

While we don’t automatically attend site visits, we’re happy to join you upon request. We’ll ensure you have direct contacts for seamless venue visits, sharing all necessary details so you feel fully supported throughout the experience.

POST EVENT FOLLOW-UP

After your event, we’ll check in with both you and the venue to ensure everything went smoothly. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps refine our recommendations and continue delivering exceptional venue experiences.
