1. Our Commercial Model
Match My Venue operates on a commission-based model. We do not charge clients to use our venue-finding or shortlisting services. Instead, we earn a flat commission from venues when a booking is confirmed through our introduction.
There are no listing fees, no subscription costs, and no paid placement options for venues on our platform.
2. Flat Commission Structure
We operate on a fixed commission rate of 10%, applied to the value of confirmed bookings made through Match My Venue.
Commission may apply to:
Room hire
Catering
Accommodation
Event services included within the venue contract
Commission is only payable after a booking is confirmed. If no booking is made, no commission is charged.
3. No Paid Rankings or Enhanced Commissions
We do not accept:
Paid listing boosts
Sponsored rankings
Tiered commission incentives
Preferential treatment in exchange for higher fees
Venues are recommended based on suitability, performance, event fit, and client needs — not on financial incentives.
