RCP LONDON EVENTS REPORTS RECORD-BREAKING YEAR FOR 2025

RCP London Events has reported its strongest year on record, marking 2025 as a standout period of commercial growth, innovation and client engagement, driven by a clear focus on conscious event delivery and customer experience.

During 2025, the team exceeded its annual revenue target by 11%, continuing a sustained trajectory of strategic growth. New business activity for larger-scale events (150+ attendees) increased by 7% year on year, delivering a 38% uplift in new business income compared with the whole of 2024.

Alongside strong acquisition performance, RCP London Events has continued to build long-term client relationships. Repeat business accounted for 38% of confirmed events in 2025, reflecting a consistent focus on account management and service delivery. Conversion rates remained strong at 21%, significantly above the industry average of 16%.

Across the year, the venue hosted 355 events and welcomed 38,405 delegates, attracting a broad mix of corporate, medical and professional clients seeking high-quality, flexible and sustainable event environments.

Industry recognition and innovation

The venue’s performance in 2025 was recognised at a national level, with RCP London Events securing three industry awards, including Gold for Best Conference / Event Venue (up to 500 theatre style) and Silver for Best Venue Customer Service at the Conference & Event Awards 2025.

Innovation has played a key role in this success. In 2025, RCP London Events launched its Immersive Projection Package, alongside several new in-house AV services, including Speech-to-Text, Event Photography and Filming, and a Garden Party Package designed for summer outdoor events.

These developments sit alongside the introduction of the venue’s Conscious Conferences approach, which places greater emphasis on environmental responsibility, delegate wellbeing and social impact. The concept has resonated with clients seeking to deliver events that balance commercial objectives with meaningful outcomes.

RCP London Events enters 2026 with a strong forward pipeline and continued momentum, underpinned by a commitment to innovation, service excellence and responsible event delivery.
